commercial grade neoprene rubber is an excellent general purpose polymer for most applications. this grade of rubber is used as a barrier or gasket material and can also be used inside rooms for sandblasting and impact resistance for industrial needs.

commercial grade neoprene is known for its resistance to oil, gasoline, sunlight, ozone and oxidation material providing excellent cold temperature flexibility, abrasion resistance, repeated flexing applications, wide temperature range and has a physical toughness.


commercial grade neoprene is a very common grade of chloroprene material used industry wide for many applications. it with stands most detergents, mild petroleum and can withstand moderate ozone exposure for a limited amount of time. neoprene rubber is well suited for applications requiring a stable, resilient rubber for mostly indoor and sheltered environments. it can also be used as a gasket material
applications:

1. electrical insulation mat: safety from electrical shock is required for workmen whether they are involved in electricity generation, transmission, distribution or its use. mats are used for safety of workmen from electrical shock, high voltage panels, sub-station, power transformer rooms, lt & ht labs, near busbars, near control panels etc

2. wear resistant pads : it has a good resilience against heat, ozone and weathering and also gives good adhesion to metal. the recommended operating temperature range is between (-40)°c to 125°c.

3. vibration pads : many applications require a rubber membrane, thin or thick depending on the weight and amount of vibratory noise, physical and resonant. rubber pads are primarily used in the vibration isolation industry.
